Corporate Event: Village Global Fireside Chat with Bob Iger, CEO Disney

We were honored to be hired by Village Global to produce an intimate fireside chat with Disney’s CEO, Bob Iger, and television host, Carlos Watson. The event location was set at the iconic Beverly Hills Hotel, Sunset Ballroom where 150 invite only guests of the industry were treated to a salmon lunch overlooking the famous Beverly Hills pool yard. Kaella Lynn Events managed all the details, big and small, leading up to day. Details included check in and reception, vendors, table settings, seating charts, flow, side bar meetings, menu and music.
