Kelly and Zac’s Autumn Ranch wedding is featured on Grey Likes Weddings today! These two provided a lot of inspiration and their wedding was very fun to plan! Huge thanks to Lynette Boyle Photography for capturing all the details and to Grey Likes for publishing them! A little BTS info about the couple and their design below. I’m also doing something new and sharing their original mood board, so you can see where is all started aesthetically. Be sure to head over to the blog for the full feature.
Kelly and Zac are high school sweethearts. Much of their wedding day was inspired by the many chapters of their story. So much so that we lined the pathway from their ceremony to the reception with the important milestones of their romantic journey together. Though living in Texas, the Bay Area held special meaning being where their love truly cultivated as young adults in college. Kelly grew up riding horses, so an equestrian ranch was perfectly fitting and the reception hanger fit Zac’s more industrial style. To strike a balance between rustic romance and industrial minimalism, we employed soft blooms, silk ribbon, and romantic Autumn hues of plum and lavender with slate wood signage, wood accents and modern place settings. Additional details to capture this fun loving couple and set the tone for a fun night include a milkshake and fries bar from Culinary Eye Catering, espresso coffee station from SOMOS coffee, and a Gif photo booth from Giggle & Riot.
And last but not least, here is the initial mood board inspiration that set the tone for it all!
