Michelle and Diego’s bright Spring wedding is featured on Style Me Pretty today! These two met through mutual friends on a Tahoe Trip, but it was Diego’s connection with Michelle’s German Shepard that caught her eye. Diego was born in Bariloche, Argentina. He came to the States when he was 7 years old with his immediate family. They were only going to be here for a few years but ended up staying. Michelle was born in San Francisco and raised in Mill Valley. They love being outdoors, whether hiking, snowboard or traveling and they are big sports fan, especially the Giants. We wanted to create a Spring garden inspired formal affair that reflected their story and personalities, so we focused on bright, happy colors and personal details, such as terra cotta and blind embossed pattern to represent Diego’s heritage, as well as representing their love of sports by using the numbers of their favorite athletes as the table numbers. To truly execute the garden-inspired theme, flowers were everywhere, and I mean everywhere, from mantles to ponds. Check out some of my favorites below and head over to SMP for the full gallery and vendor credits.
